Privacy Policy
Introduction
The protection of privacy of those using our services is very important to Futuris and we have implemented policies and procedures to ensure this protection.
This Privacy Policy explains what kinds of personal information we collect from you when you visit our website and/or use Eevie, how we use your personal information, who we might share information with (including when we might send your information overseas), and your rights in relation to the information we collect, including how you can find out about what personal information we hold about you and how you can complain about our use of your information.
What Information We Collect
We collect information from our clients when they use our services. The types of personal information we may collect or hold include:
- Contact information (name, business address, telephone, and email address) when you register or interact with us online;
- Details about the company or organisation you represent, where reasonably necessary for us to provide our services;
- Content from call or meeting transcripts that you upload or connect to Eevie for the purpose of generating sales and marketing outputs;
- CRM data imported via integrations you connect to Eevie (such as HubSpot), which may include contact and deal records relating to your own customers and prospects;
- Correspondence content — if you contact us via our website, email, or other channels, we retain the content of those communications;
- Trial registration details (name, business name, telephone number, email address) if you request access to a free trial of Eevie.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use Personal Information to provide and improve the Eevie platform. We may use your Personal Information in some or all of the following ways:
- to provide you with access to Eevie and its features;
- to provide our products and services to you;
- to process payments and carry out business administration in relation to your account;
- to respond to any correspondence from you, including handling any complaints;
- to verify your identity and for the purpose of detecting, investigating and preventing fraud;
- to generate AI-powered sales and marketing outputs using the information you provide — this involves sending relevant data to third-party AI providers (see Section 6);
- through the use of analytics software (including Google Analytics) to assess and improve the operation and performance of our platform and to understand how users find and use Eevie;
- to comply with any law, rule, legal decision or regulation that we are obliged to comply with.
We use your Personal Information for the purpose of performing our contract with you or where we have your consent to do so.
If you do not provide us with the Personal Information we request, we may be unable to provide you with the products or services you are seeking.
AI Processing of Your Data
Eevie uses large language model (LLM) technology to generate outputs such as sales messaging, battle cards, and marketing assets. To do this, information you provide — including company details, segment and persona data, competitor intelligence, and call transcripts — is transmitted to Anthropic, PBC (the provider of the Claude AI models) for processing.
Anthropic processes this data solely to return generated outputs and does not use it to train its models. Data transmitted to Anthropic is subject to Anthropic's privacy and data processing terms.
By using Eevie's AI-powered features, you consent to relevant data being processed in this way.
Marketing
We may use your Personal Information to provide you with information about our products and services (including by email or SMS) or to request your feedback for promotional purposes.
You always have the right to opt out of receiving such communications. If you do not wish to receive marketing from us, please contact us at blake@futurispartners.com.au.
Cookies
A cookie is a small data file placed on your device containing standard internet log and visitor behaviour information, but not any information that could personally identify you.
We use cookies in the following ways:
- Session cookies to maintain your login state and improve usability within the Eevie platform;
- Google Analytics to analyse how users interact with our website and platform, helping us improve performance and content.
You can set your browser not to accept cookies, though some platform features may not function as a result. For more information, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.
Futuris does not sell or rent cookie-derived data to third parties.
Sharing Your Personal Information with Third Parties
Futuris does not sell your Personal Information. However, your Personal Information may be shared with third parties in the following circumstances:
- Where you have connected a third-party integration through Eevie (such as HubSpot) or authorised API access to your account, in which case relevant data will be shared with that third party in accordance with your instructions;
- With subprocessors we engage to operate and deliver the Eevie platform, including Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (database and storage), and other infrastructure and service providers. These subprocessors are bound by appropriate data processing terms;
- Where we are under a duty to disclose or share your Personal Information to comply with any legal obligation, or to enforce our terms and conditions, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients or others;
- Where Futuris reasonably believes a user has breached their obligations under our Terms and Conditions or applicable privacy obligations;
- Where all or a portion of Futuris's assets are sold or transferred to another entity.
Data Retention
We retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your Personal Information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
Transcript and CRM data imported into Eevie is retained only for the period necessary to deliver the relevant outputs and is not used for any other purpose.
Security of Your Personal Information
Futuris takes all reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information from misuse, interference, loss, and from unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. Personal Information is held as electronic records in secure systems. However, no internet-based service can guarantee 100% security.
Access to and Correction of Your Personal Information
You have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you and to request corrections where it is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
To make a request, please contact us at blake@futurispartners.com.au. We will generally not charge a fee for access, however we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee if your request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.

By providing Futuris with your Personal Information and using Eevie, you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
